Bronte Bay CPA Professional Corporation is a boutique accounting, tax, and business advisory firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with a second office in Vancouver. We have been serving Canadian entrepreneurs and business owners since 2007 — and our founder, Subhash Sharma, has been doing this work for nearly 40 years.

We are not a large firm. We have never wanted to be. Subhash Sharma has spent nearly four decades working alongside entrepreneurs — in Canada and internationally — helping them build financially sound businesses. He founded Bronte Bay in 2007 with a clear purpose: to give Canadian owner-managed and growth-stage businesses access to the kind of strategic accounting and tax advice that larger companies take for granted.

His career has spanned major financial centres across four continents — Vancouver, Toronto, Dubai, New Delhi, and Mumbai — giving him a breadth of cross-border tax and business experience that is rare in a firm of Bronte Bay’s size. He has worked across import/export, IT, retail, recruitment, healthcare, and food services — the industries that make up the backbone of Canadian business.

Subhash holds his CPA designation, a CMA (Certified Management Accountant), and an MBA. He is a Certified Xero Partner and an active member of the Canadian CPA professional community. He is known by clients for being direct, accessible, and genuinely invested in their outcomes — not just their compliance.
