The specific reporting and additional services (cash flow, bill payments, collections, budgeting) depend on which package you select.
Year-end corporate tax (T2) is not included in the monthly bookkeeping packages — it is priced separately through our year-end packages (starting at $1,575). However, because Bronte Bay handles your monthly bookkeeping, your year-end is always straightforward — the books are clean, current, and ready. Many clients bundle a monthly bookkeeping package with a year-end package for a complete, all-inclusive accounting solution at a predictable annual cost.
Yes. Bronte Bay regularly onboards new clients with books that are months or years behind. We will assess the cleanup required, provide a fixed quote for the catch-up work, and then transition into ongoing monthly bookkeeping once the books are current. The catch-up is priced separately from the monthly engagement — you will know the exact cost before we start any cleanup work.

Yes. Monthly bookkeeping engagements are reviewed annually, and packages can be adjusted as your transaction volume and reporting needs change. The most common path is Silver → Platinum as a business scales past $500K in revenue and needs monthly financial reporting. Platinum → Gold typically happens when AP/AR management and quarterly business reviews become necessary. We proactively recommend an upgrade when we see your transaction volume outgrowing your current package.
